London Youth GamesThe LYG 2016 is kicking off with the Cross Country competition at Parliament Hill on Saturday 14 November and boroughs are currently selecting their athletes to run at this event.  If you would like to investigate how to get involved in the cross country or any other sports click LYG Your Borough Team to check out who is the contact for the borough you live or go to school in.  Due to our Club's location, we actually have members from Central, South and East London boroughs!

The LYG offers over 30 different sports with over 85 competitions and it's Europe's largest youth sports festival!  The ones that might interest you as triathletes are: swimming, cross country, athletics, cycling and aquathlon and most have primary and secondary schools categories.

So get your name on your borough's mailing list to find out what's happening when!

Thank you and farewell to the Ellis family

CPT are sad to say farewell to the Kubrycht-Ellis family, Amy, Bevan, Josh and Sam this week as they head back to New Zealand after 16 years in the UK. All the family have been CPT members over the course of these years, we hope they keep up their triathlon exploits on the other side of the world!

As they head off, we would like to say a huge thank you to Bevan Ellis and the Crystal Palace Physio Group for supporting the CPT juniors and allowing us to use their facilities. Over the years, donations from their massages at the CP Triathlon have raised a huge sum, for which we are very grateful.

CPT send very best wishes for a happy life in New Zealand.

Bev, Amy, Josh and Sam depart for New Zealand
